Maple Ivy- A Boutique Hotel

It's a business hotel....in the city....parking is an issue but they help you park your car around the premises...now coming to the main issue...the linen was filthy and smelly...it was an average stay...disappointing part was the linen...

Comfortable stay Hospitality service is good Rooms are very nice n big enough Appx 2km from the beach Staff and housekeeper are helpful Swimming pool is very big Food is excellent. Check inn process very smooth

It was a wonderful stay ..the staff was very warm and courteous.. every little need was looked after..they went out of their way to make our stay from good to memorable..I would like to mention few names here, apologies if missed any... Amazing stay, great drinks made by Subhash. We had a pleasant stay with good staff and neat and clean, food is also nicewith good taste and service is also good, near beach alibaug, good breakfast and hotel overall.

The restaurant meals were excellent and reasonably priced. The hotel services were personalised and very good. The staff of the hotel were polite and agile. Reception was also very good. The ambiance of hotel was also very good. However, the room rental which I paid was on much higher side considering the hotel infrastructure. I had booked through Agoda using the link from Trip Advisor.

The hotel provides a good breakfast spread. But the displayed Thali packages and the items mentioned found not in place -when ordered during our stay on 8 December 2023. The front rooms of the hotel are spacious but the back side rooms were devoid of any outside view -due to sheds covering the view. Location-wise it is prominently located. The hotel should consider, proper lobby lighting (especially the first floor lighting observed insufficient.

We booked this hotel with respect to the online reviews we recieved, it was to celebrate my wife's first b'day after marriage, I asked for a special space to celebrate which I was ready to pay for but, was told we have to sit in the restaurant itself. Also I was hoping a lot much more but only faced disappointments, we have booked two rooms for three nights and as I can say the hotel is good in hygiene and other basic requirements only, and neither less the staff attitude was great and reception staff specially Laxmi was very humble and sweet, and the restaurant guy Pradeep was good but the menu is a bit costly we made a total of 7K bill for just food. Only cons here are the service staff needs more professional to be guided through so maintain the actual service as the charges they charge us are pretty high, but the service isn't worth it and food taste is average...

Easily accessible location, well-known by locals so easily reachable. Great rooms, clean indoor pool, and wonderful staff. The staff truly went out of their way to enhance our little vacation, making sure everything was perfect! Definitely recommended.

A good ambiance hotel , with amazing service it’s not a resort it’s a hotel but their service is too good !! The hotel is neat and clean the staff are very cooperative and friend friendly!! Food is also good
